Talking About Suicide Prevention with Eastern European Communities

We are part of “Talking About Suicide Prevention with Polish & Eastern European Communities” at the Repertory Theatre in Birmingham.
The event was supported by the Local Government Association as part of the national suicide prevention strategy to help organisations from across the city to understand our Eastern European citizens perspectives on suicide, self harm and mental health as these are communities that are over represented in local suicide statistics. The event brought together community and voluntary sector organisations, and public sector stakeholders,  to hear from experts and community members and explore opportunities for action.
